The first HCA Middle East Symposium took place virtually, 15-16 November, 2023. This aimed to connect researchers and create opportunities for new groups and collaborations including those working on single-cell and spatial genomics, and computational techniques.
A further Middle East meeting on the 1st October 2024, in Milan, continued the themes of connecting and collaborating, including showcasing researchers in the Middle East working on single-cell and spatial-omics.
