SEED NETWORKS (CZI)
The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) and the Helmsley Charitable Trust (Helmsley) are pleased to announce continued support for the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) by collaborating on two new funding mechanisms that will continue the work of the HCA community both accessed through this single application portal. The RFA for forming Seed Networks is now open
CZI seeks to continue the work of the HCA community with a focus on interdisciplinary work and collaboration through the formation of 3-year Seed Networks. Seed Networks aim to solidify growth of the community and promote the integration of experimental and computational research to accelerate progress toward a first draft of several organs. Additionally, newly formed Networks are designed to catalyze partnerships among the scientific and funding communities so that we can work together toward a first draft of the HCA.
