The HCA Archive

The Archive is the digital memory bank of HCA. It contains searchable records, files and audio-visual content which relate to the establishment, coordination and research activities of our global and grassroots scientific community. These items are preserved and described within the HCA Archive, as a source of information for users who explore, research, or write about science, genomics and global health.

HCA Archive materials are available to users via the Archive Discovery Portal: https://archive.humancellatlas.org/

For all enquiries or for questions about the history of HCA please contact: archive@humancellatlas.org.

For the Community

Have you been a part of the HCA effort? Do you have files of interest which show how this work was carried out? Can you help us record how the HCA community is building a reference map of human cells?

If the answer is yes - you can submit materials to the archive for long term preservation. By doing this we can ensure that the HCA story is recorded and celebrated for years to come.

For more information about the process, and how access to the archive is managed, please see the guide for contributors or contact archive@humancellatlas.org. When submitting files to the archive you can make recommendations about access restrictions.
