Due to the evolving situation and associated travel restrictions related to the global spread of COVID-19, we have decided to convert the NIH-HCA 2020 Joint Meeting from a face-to-face meeting to a virtual 2-day meeting to take place on March 30-31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT.

Building on the successful pre-meeting webinars, we will utilize Zoom and the significant expertise of our meeting facilitators, Knowinnovation, in running such virtual events to fully virtualize our upcoming joint meeting. We are striving to maintain the high level of interaction experienced in a face-to-face event.

We will be sharing more information soon about how to prepare for participation in this virtual meeting.

We regret the inconvenience this is causing and are excited to move forward with this alternative to continue building collaborations. Thank you for your understanding and continued participation.

P.S. We advise you to check with your airlines and travel vendors on cancellation and refund policies. Many are making accommodations given the current situation.
